Coolgas

Founded in 1993 by Jesse Combs, Coolgas is a leading wholesale distributor of refrigerant gases throughout the United States. Coolgas was acquired by A-Gas, a UK based firm, in 2012.

Coolcarbon

Formed in 2008, Coolcarbon acquires and stockpiles CFC refrigerant gases for the purposes of generating carbon offset credits under the protocols of the California CFC Destruction Act. The company was acquired by A-Gas in 2012 in conjunction with its acquisition of Coolgas.

Condor Products

Acquired by Coolgas in 2006, Condor Products is a national wholesale distributor of refrigerant gases. The company was acquired by A-Gas in 2012 in conjunction with its acquisition of Coolgas.

Discount Refrigerants

Acquired by Coolgas in 2008, Discount Refrigerants is a national online wholesale distributor of refrigerant gases. The company was acquired by A-Gas in 2012 in conjunction with its acquisition of Coolgas.

Airpark IAH

Airpark IAH was formed in 2004 to acquire and develop commercial property adjacent to Houston's George Bush International Airport. After development, the property was jointly operated with a third party firm and later acquired by the Chavez Group in 2010.
